As a Quality Manager at AKF Plastics, you are the guardian of excellence. Your role is invaluable in ensuring high-quality injection moulded products. You are responsible for every aspect of quality control and the driving force behind our high-quality injection moulded products. Responsibilities
- An important part of your responsibilities is approving new productions and carefully inspecting ongoing productions.
- You are responsible for providing and maintaining documentation that supports the production processes.
- As a Quality Manager, you are also responsible for preparing detailed internal and external quality reports.
- You ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards and that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Your analytical skills enable you to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Another important responsibility is ensuring accurate quality documentation for shipments.
- You strive for certification according to ISO9001 and AS9100 Rev.D, demonstrating that AKF Plastics meets the highest industry standards.
- With your knowledge of quality management, you ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
- Additionally, you are responsible for establishing and implementing activities that ultimately lead to certification according to ISO14001 and IATF16949.
- Finally, you are responsible for ensuring customer approval of new products based on the required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical insight to successfully perform the complex tasks of the role.
- Accuracy is essential to ensure that every detail of the quality process is managed and maintained.
- Excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good skills in formulating and reporting information to produce clear and understandable documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 Rev.D certifications.
